One pound vacuum-packed brick of SAF Red yeast, 4" x 6" acrylic canister with lock-tight gasketed lid (it fits on the door of most freezers), and a stainless steel yeast measuring spoon. The spoon measures 2 teaspoons, the standard amount used in yeast breads, as well as being the exact measurement of each grocery store yeast packets.
